With more clients turning to collaborative delivery for their most complex and high-value infrastructure projects, Mike focuses on pursuing and leading the design delivery of major collaborative efforts across North America for our Water group. He has extensive experience with progressive and fixed-price design-build projects as well as construction manager at risk (CMAR), and public-private partnership (P3) delivery methods.
Mike excels at building high-performing design teams and fostering strong, lasting relationships with construction partners to successfully navigate the fast-paced nature of these delivery methods. His diverse background enables him to connect with a wide range of participants. From field crews to project owners, he understands and appreciates each role’s contribution to delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective water infrastructure.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his three grown sons and cooking. He also likes hiking and hitting the gym—helping to balance out his love of good food.
