Rob has a passion for working on bridges with significant aesthetic features that enhance people’s enjoyment of their communities. He has designed and managed complex and signature vehicular and pedestrian bridge projects across the country. His experience ranges from large-scale interstate river crossings for state departments of transportation to pedestrian bridge replacements for local cities and counties.
As the lead of our US Pacific Bridge team, Rob oversees personnel and projects across the states of California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, and Oregon. In addition to his own bridge design work, he passes on his love for structural engineering by mentoring and guiding younger engineers through their careers. His best piece of advice is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and it’s important to take the time to meet with our clients and commit to meeting their unique needs.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys playing the piano, hiking, biking, and having board game and movie nights with his wife and three children.
