Chris has nearly 25 years of expertise in both public and private transportation projects. His experience spans transportation planning, traffic studies, traffic calming initiatives, parking studies, highway occupancy permits, oil and gas industry transportation projects, as well as highway design.
As a senior highway engineer, Chris works on public sector assignments with clients such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. He oversees all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting and scheduling, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and constructability. He is committed to designing practical solutions that account for the needs of the traveling public and challenges faced by contractors during construction.
Away from the world of transportation projects, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two Golden Retrievers, as well as cycling on local roads and trails.
