Drawing on his passion for mathematics and physics, Dennis is a senior geotechnical engineer with more than 15 years of experience focused on foundation and shoring design, slope stabilization, and ground characterization. He also has experience in the early stages of geotechnical projects. This includes defining and supervising geotechnical campaigns, as well as preparing soil mechanics reports and geotechnical exploration reports.
Dennis thrives on working with projects from initial exploration to design and on-site supervision. He’s led multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure, energy, and mining projects across Latin America. A notable project? Conducting the geotechnical characterization for an energy project located in Chile’s far south, overcoming challenging conditions due to the site's geotechnical variability. Dennis also teaches geotechnical courses, supervises thesis projects, and presents at international conferences.
Outside of his geotechnical work, Dennis enjoys spending time with his children, whether it's going to the movies, playing games, or exploring parks and connecting with nature. He’s also passionate about sports, going to stadium events with his family, and analyzing sports statistics.?
