As a licensed electrical engineer, Charles focuses on efforts in his home province of British Columbia, where he has contributed to building the generation, transmission, and distribution infrastructure that powers local communities. He draws deeply on his dual expertise in electrical engineering and project management to support the growth, reliability, and sustainability of critical power infrastructure.
