In a career shaped by early field experiences and a background in fisheries and conservation, Stephanie brings a genuine passion for ecology and wildlife to her work. Her journey—from kayaking reservoirs to managing multi-year contracts—reflects her dedication to making a difference.
One of Stephanie’s proudest achievements is her over 20-year involvement in the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) Oroville Relicensing Project, where she kayaked the entire reservoir and helped build salmon habitats. To date, she has managed nine DWR contracts, totaling nearly $150 million.
Stephanie currently serves as the project management and commercial leader for our US Energy and Resources group. In this role, she focuses on financial oversight, distressed projects, and training.
Whether restoring habitats or hiking with her two kids, Stephanie’s love for the outdoors runs throughout her personal and professional life.
