Bob is a professional engineer with decades of experience in buildings engineering. He leads mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design teams during property conditions assessments, systems analyses, design, cost estimating, construction supervision, and commissioning phases of a project. He’s passionate about using his knowledge of green building practices to design sustainable building infrastructure.
During his career, Bob has worked on a wide variety of facilities for clients in the healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and science and technology sectors, among others. He’s incorporated various sustainable and advanced systems into his designs. These include ice storage, central heat pumps, variable refrigerant flow, chilled beams, underfloor air distribution, low temperature supply air, heat recovery, specialized air filtration, and specialized exhaust.
Away from the world of buildings engineering, Bob enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially watching his two granddaughters participate in sports and other activities.
