Driven by a passion for projects that strengthen and enrich communities, Chris has played a key role in a variety of high-profile community development initiatives. These include the revitalization of Waterbury’s Main Street and the development of BETA Technology’s campus.
While Chris primarily focuses on land development efforts, his expertise spans aviation, transportation, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, and stormwater treatment. He strives to build strong interdisciplinary relationships with scientists, landscape architects, architects, regulators, and engineers across the Northeast—supporting clients through every phase of project development.
Outside of work, Chris is a proud girl dad who cherishes time with his wife and two daughters. He spends summers golfing and boating, while winters are filled with snowboarding and teaching his daughters how to ski. He also bowls weekly with friends as part of their team, Tough Actin Pin Action.
