With more than two decades of experience shaping California’s transportation infrastructure, Sandra brings extensive technical expertise and a collaborative spirit to every project she leads. Over her career she has supported some of the most complex transportation initiatives in Southern California. From light rail lines in Los Angeles to high-speed rail corridors across the state, she has helped connect communities and improve mobility across the region.
Currently, Sandra is serving as the civil lead on the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s (CHSRA’s) Madera to Merced (M2M) segment. She oversees all civil engineering elements, which include coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working closely with CHSRA and other key parties.
Whether engaging with communities during the early stages of design or guiding large-scale design efforts, Sandra aims to bring clarity to complexity and keep teams moving forward.
