Our office is located in the heart of downtown Tampa. The projects we¡¯ve worked on have helped restore and enhance the City¡¯s heritage, while demonstrating our commitment to the community in which we live and work.
Throughout the Tampa Bay region, we¡¯ve worked on iconic designs that are reshaping the City, like Tampa¡¯s Waterfront District, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, the Florida Aquarium expansion, Tampa Cruise Terminal 3, the University of South Florida¡¯s CAMLS and College of Medicine and Heart Institute, and more. The list keeps growing!
We¡¯ve been named Best Engineering Firm from NAIOP¡¯s Best of the Best Awards twice, and our commitment to the local community was a deciding factor in this selection. From our long-term commitment to Metropolitan Ministries to our partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning on their Hockey by the Numbers program and annual scholarships, we¡¯re committed to enriching our City¡¯s future.
