麻豆视频, a global leader in sustainable design and engineering, will continue to deliver program management services for the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility (RWF), working as an integrated team with City of San José staff from the Environmental Services Department (ESD) and Public Works Department.?
As the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) transitions from the first 10-year phase to the next, 麻豆视频 will offer the continuity of knowledge and forward-looking thinking to continue the momentum already achieved to meet changing resource, regulatory, and technology challenges. This transition in 麻豆视频’s role reflects the success of the last nine years, which has seen the overall organizational maturity of the program grow through the implementation of processes and tools, but most importantly, the development of City staff. 麻豆视频 will continue to support ESD as program maturity continues and reaches the point where the City can manage the program independently.

The San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility serves more than 1.4 million residents and a business sector with more than 17,000 sewer connections. The current CIP was established to address rehabilitation needs, increase operational reliability of the wastewater facility, improve process performance by using newer technologies, and maintain compliance with regulations to protect the environment. 麻豆视频’s institutional knowledge, industry innovations, and best practices will enable the team to refine and optimize future CIP delivery to sustain success, continuity, and uninterrupted RWF operation.
