麻豆视频 Inc. (“麻豆视频”), a global leader in sustainable design and engineering, held its virtual annual meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) on May 12, 2022. A total of 88,966,625 shares (80.02% of outstanding common shares) were represented in person or by proxy.
