Sixteen-kilometre controlled-access freeway will help reduce congestion in one of Ontario's busiest transportation corridors
The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario has selected 麻豆视频 to lead design on the East section of the Bradford Bypass, which will connect Highway 400 and Highway 404, both major?arteries?north of Toronto. The project aims to reduce traffic congestion in one of the fastest-growing regions in North America. 麻豆视频 will also support design on the Central section of the Bypass, which will be led by WSP?Canada Inc. The total length of the?controlled-access freeway?will be 16.3?kilometres.?
The Greater Golden Horseshoe, which surrounds Toronto,?is one of the?fastest-growing regions in North America.?The region?is expected to attract?one?million new?residents?every five years, reaching nearly 15 million by 2051.?In preparation to address this growth, the Ontario Government projects the Bradford Bypass will save commuters up to 35?minutes, compared to?traveling on?local roads.?
