Sina has a more than a decade of academic and industry experience across Australia and the Middle East. His expertise spans site investigation, numerical modelling, risk assessment, and geotechnical design for infrastructure in urban, mining, and remote environments. His work is grounded in rigorous technical analysis and a commitment to practical, resilient design solutions that prioritise safety, constructability, and long-term sustainability.
As a geotechnical engineer, Sina brings a deep understanding of ground behaviour to every project. He focuses on the stability of underground structures—such as tunnels, caverns, and shafts—as well as surface features. These include trenches, slopes, retaining systems, and temporary or permanent excavations. He collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams and invested parties to help them understand and manage geotechnical risks throughout a project’s lifecycle.
Outside of his geotechnical engineering work, Sina enjoys playing volleyball, practising piano, and listening to music.?
